2. Course Enrollment

• Enrollment in any course is confirmed only after successful payment.

• Once enrolled, students receive access to course materials, training sessions, or batches (online/offline).

3. Cancellation Policy

a) Before Course Starts

• Students can request cancellation before the course or batch begins.

• Cancellation requests must be sent via email or phone.

b) After Course Starts

• Once the course has started, no cancellation request will be accepted.

4. Refund Policy

a) Eligible Refunds

• If cancellation is requested before the course start date, a refund may be provided after deducting administrative charges.

b) Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

• After the course has started

• If student fails to attend classes

• If course access (online material, login, recordings) has been provided

• Change of mind after enrollment

• Partial attendance

5. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days

• Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)

• Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank

6. Batch Transfers / Adjustments

• In special cases, students may be allowed to shift to another batch instead of cancellation (subject to approval)

• No guarantee is provided for batch transfer requests

7. Service-Based Courses

Since our courses involve digital content, training sessions, and skill-based learning, they are considered service-based offerings, and refunds are limited once services have begun.

8. Institute Rights

Kohinoor Computer and Robotics Academy reserves the right to:

• Modify or cancel a batch due to unavoidable circumstances

• Reschedule classes

• Update course structure

In such cases, suitable alternatives or adjustments will be provided.
